Important! Module “Branches” is available only for users with Enterprise license and requires activation by Firmao’s support department. For this purpose, we need to contact the support department by e-mail: contact@firmao.io.

In the Firmao system, we can add another company headquarters, e.g. when our client is a company with its headquarters in Warsaw, but also has branches in other cities. For this purpose, we can use the “Branches” option.
When this functionality is enabled, we will be able to add companies with the same TIN number.


How to add a branch to your company?

To add another location of our client, we need to go to the “Companies” module, located in the top menu of the system. List view will be displayed. Then we have to select the company to which we want to assign a branch.

When we are in the detail view of a given company, we need to go to the “Branches” tab and then select the , which is located in the upper left corner of the tab:

The same window as when entering a new company into the system will be displayed. We complete the necessary data — enter the Company domain, and Firmao will download information from the website.

When we save the entered branch, we can treat it as a separate company in the system.

Imortant! We must remember to change the company name, adding, for example, the name of the city where the branch is located.

The added branch will appear in the company list view, and in the “Headquarter” column, we will have information about the headquarters of a given company.
