Individual prices of products/services for companies

In the Firmao system, it is possible to set individual prices for products or services for a given company. This will allow us to configure a list of products with set prices, which will be visible on offers/orders and invoices.

How to enable individual prices for companies?

To enable the function described above, we need to click on the avatar and then on company settings. On the left side of the tabs, we have to select “Products and prices” and then select the “Enable personal prices for companies”.

Setting individual prices

In order to determine individual prices for a given client, we need to go to the detail view of the company.

Then we need to go to the “Individual prices” and click the  icon in the upper left corner of the window. In the dialogue box, we set: 

• what product the price should refer to, 
• net/gross price and VAT rate,
• product unit (e.g. pieces),
• currency of the new, individual price.

To save the changes, we need to click the green “Create” button in the lower right corner of the window:
