In the subsequent stages of implementation, we were keen to consolidate how to use the functionalities most important to the client, through which we focused on implementing the functionality of offers and orders, invoices, warehouse documents, tasks and product base in the organization of employees’ work.

I showed employees how to create a database of contractors and products, then create an offer using additional templates such as a variant offer or an offer with a photo and product description, and then how to easily create an order or invoice based on a previously created offer. – says one of our analysts Przemyslaw.

The predominant functionality thanks to which the client decided on the Firmao system was the possibility of personalizing the system, thanks to which we were able to hide functionalities that were unnecessary for them at the moment, we customized the view of offers, orders, contractors and the view of the list of documents. In addition, with the use of our programming department, we made personalization of templates for offers, orders and invoices according to the client’s requirements.
