How did it start?

The company was founded in 2010 on the initiative of Rafał Namiecinski (CEO) and Artur Młodziński (CTO).
The market has taught us to constantly adapt to the needs of our customers, so we focus on flexibility. We know that it is the software that should adapt to the needs of the company, not the other way around.

In 2013, the system was adapted for the English and German markets. This involved a series of modifications and enhancements to ensure its compatibility and effectiveness in both markets.

Firmao was ranked first in 2020 for Best Support in the CRM Systems Ranking from Sellwise, and in 2021 we received the accolade for a system that is more than just a CRM.

We have been increasingly successful in selling Firmao worldwide, as evidenced by the industry's international portals awarding us 5 awards in 2022 alone for the system with the most satisfied users and for the fastest growing CRM system in the first quarter of 2022, among others.

Our mission

When designing the system, we focus on creating software not only for small and medium-sized companies, but also for those that need a comprehensive CRM system solution with ERP functionalities.
We want our software to allow a single system to be used throughout the company.

Our vision

We are currently the leader of Polish CRM systems. We believe that Polish IT specialists are in no way inferior to the world's, which is why we want Firmao to establish an equal fight with the leading CRM systems around the world.
