Integration with Woodpecker allows you to run email campaigns from your chosen email account, and customer responses are automatically sent to both the Woodpecker application and Firmao CRM. This ensures that all communication is saved under the relevant contractor, which facilitates sales management and follow-up.
How to integrate Firmao with Woodpecker
Go to woodpecker.co and log in to your account. Then add a new mailbox using the Connect Mailbox button in the top bar of the page and select Manual Connection. The added email account must have the same details (email address and password) as the one added to Firmao. After completing all the configuration details, click Continue.
