WooCommerce + Firmao
The integration of Firmao with WooCommerce enables automatic order retrieval approximately every 10 minutes, ensuring that all sales documents are visible in the CRM in real time. Firmao can automatically convert orders into VAT invoices, streamlining the customer service process.
Products are compared based on codes — if a given product does not exist in Firmao, it is created automatically, and if it does exist, it is linked and its stock status is updated. Based on the orders sent, a warehouse document can be generated automatically, allowing you to maintain full control over stock levels and comprehensive order processing.
How to integrate Firmao with WooCommerce
In order to properly configure the integration in Firmao, you need to provide the following data from WooCommerce:
- Store domain name
- Client key
- Client private key
When adding the integration, you can also enable additional features, including:
- Downloading (updating) prices from the store to Firmao
- Updating product descriptions in Firmao based on WooCommerce descriptions
- Synchronizing inventory levels (WooCommerce inventory is treated as superior in this case)
