The integration of Firmao with Shoper enables automatic retrieval of orders along with customer data approximately every 10 minutes, ensuring complete and up-to-date sales records in the system. Orders can be automatically converted into VAT invoices, which speeds up customer service and the billing process.

Products are combined based on matching codes, so inventory levels are updated in real time and links between products from Shoper and Firmao remain consistent. The integration facilitates order processing, eliminates manual tasks, and ensures constant control over product availability.
