Integrations - Firmao CRM

Shoper

The integration synchronizes companies and orders (along with order status) from Shoper to Firmao. Synchronization takes place every 10 minutes, and all documents will be visible on the list in the form of orders from customers. Firmao CRM also enables automatic conversion of submitted orders into VAT invoices to facilitate the sales process itself. If a product is added to the Firmao warehouse with the same product code as in Shoper, when downloading orders, the products are associated with Firmao products for further updating and inventory control.
In order to properly configure integration in Firmao, it is required to provide:
  • login and password for the Shoper application
  • online store domains

It is possible to connect several stores for different, separate domains, for which all orders will be available on the Firmao website.
