SALESmanago is a platform with automated tools for personalized marketing. Among other things, it offers tools to identify potential customers entering a website or online store and monitors their behavior. Integration with Firmao CRM allows you to transfer all customers from SALESmanago to Firmao. Depending on the person responsible on the SALESmanago side (his or her e-mail address), the automatically downloaded customer is assigned to a specific salesperson at Firmao in order to complete the further sales process directly on the Firmao side.
In order to properly configure integration in Firmao, it is necessary to complete the following data:
- SALESmanago endpoint
- SALESmanago customer ID
- Web service key
- Web service passwords (API Secret)
