Firmao's RingCentral integration allows you to create cross-system automation via the Zapier platform. With this integration, events in RingCentral, such as triggering a new call, can automatically create a new company in Firmao.
To properly configure the integration, define it on the Zapier platform. In the first step, select the RingCentral system. Enter your login details. Then choose which event you want to trigger the action.
In the second step, select the Firmao application and enter your login details.
