Integration with Outlook allows you to synchronize emails between your mailbox and the Firmao system. This automatically links correspondence to the contact history in CRM, which facilitates the management of communication with customers.
How to integrate Firmao with Outlook E-mail
To configure the integration correctly, go to the Calendar module in Firmao. Then, in the upper right corner, click the three dots icon and select Synchronize with Outlook. Next, follow the instructions on the screen.
