After connecting your Outlook calendar with Firmao, all meetings are synchronized automatically, so users always have an up-to-date schedule regardless of which tool they use. Integration improves work coordination, facilitates scheduling appointments with clients, and ensures transparency of individual employees’ availability.
How to integrate Firmao with Outlook Calendar
Synchronization with the Outlook calendar is available for Enterprise and Supreme licenses.
Go to the calendar in the Firmao system, then click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner. Select the Synchronize with Outlook option. The system will take you to the Outlook page, then follow the instructions on the screen.
