Integration with iFON allows you to make calls directly from Firmao, automatically save call billing information, and display caller data for incoming calls. This integrates all telephone communication with the contact history in CRM.

How to integrate Firmao with iFON

In order to correctly configure the integration in Firmao, the following data must be provided:

  • VOIP/SIP account login
  • Password
  • Application ID
  • Secret key
  • Login (or number) of the integrated VOIP/SIP phone in the user details
  • Work phone number in the user details
