Idosell + Firmao

The integration of Firmao with IdoSell enables automatic retrieval of orders along with products and customer data from a selected IdoSell store. Each sales document is assigned to the appropriate store based on its ID, which allows for easy handling of multiple sales sources simultaneously.

During synchronization, Firmao checks whether a given product or customer already exists—if not, it creates new records, and if so, it updates them based on data from IdoSell. Synchronization takes place cyclically every 10 minutes, so product stocks and order data are always up to date and consistent.
