Google Calendar + Firmao
The integration of Google Calendar with Firmao enables automatic, two-way transfer of events between calendars, so that all deadlines, meetings, and tasks are always up to date in one place. This facilitates work planning, team coordination, and control of employee availability. Changes made in one calendar immediately appear in the other, eliminating manual rewriting and minimizing the risk of errors.
Each user can choose which calendar they want to synchronize, adapting the integration to their way of working.
How to integrate Firmao with Google Calendar
Synchronization with Google Calendar is available for Enterprise and Supreme licenses.
Go to the calendar in the Firmao system, then click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner. Select the Connect to Google Calendar option. In the newly opened window, select which calendar you want to synchronize with Firmao and click the Select button.
