Gmail

Firmao's Gmail integration allows you to send and receive messages from your Gmail account in the Firmao system, including:
  • Scheduling email sending.
  • Creating and sending marketing campaigns.
  • Automatic creation of companies in Firmao CRM based on received messages.
  • No-reply reminders for sent messages.
  • Data synchronization - all interactions with customers, including sending and receiving e-mails, are automatically synchronized with your CRM, giving you a complete picture of the history and relationship with each customer.
To connect your Gmail box to the Firmao system, follow these steps:
  1. Hover your mouse over the E-mail module and click Accounts.
  2. Click the blue Add Account button in the top right corner of the page.
  3. In the new window, select your Gmail account.
The system will redirect you to the Google authorization page. Select the account you want to connect to Firmao, then consent to the Firmao system accessing your Gmail account information.
