Integration with Facebook Messenger allows you to handle customer messages directly in the Firmao panel—new conversations appear as chat windows in the system. This means that all communication is saved in the CRM and available in the contact history, which improves service and team organization.
How to integrate Firmao with Facebook Messenger
Integration requires all Supreme licenses.
In order to properly configure integration in Firmao, you need to connect to your Facebook account. Log in to Facebook in the Firmao system, then select which companies and pages you want to synchronize with Firmao. Finally, save your settings.
