Base.com (orders) + Firmao
The integration of Firmao with Base.com enables automatic transfer of orders and products directly from Firmao to Base.com in approximately 10 minutes. Inventory data is sent from the default warehouse, ensuring that the stock levels in Base.com remain consistent with actual inventory.
This solution eliminates manual order entry and speeds up sales processing by ensuring that information in both systems is up to date.
How to integrate Firmao with Base.com (orders)
To configure the integration correctly, go to Base.com, to the Integrations tab. Click the green “Add integration” button, select “Show more” in the ‘Stores’ section, and select the last field “Other store.” Enter:
- Display name (any name you choose)
- Data exchange file (copied from Firmao)
A communication password will be generated, which you should copy and paste into the Firmao system, then confirm the changes by clicking “Set communication password.” To save the data entered on Base.com, click the “Save” button.
