Mateusz Nowak

CEO
CEO of Firmao, responsible for business development, implementing growth strategies, and integrating operational activities within the WeNet Group, where he serves as Vice President of Strategy.

He holds a degree in finance and possesses extensive expertise in business strategy, negotiations, financial modeling, and consulting. He gained and developed his experience, among other things, during six years at EY, where he worked on advisory, strategic, and transactional projects.

Rafał Namieciński

CEO Advisor
Advisor of the Management Board and co-founder of Firmao, involved with the project since its inception.

A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Łódź, majoring in Computer Science. A programmer, entrepreneur, and visionary behind the system’s concept.

Artur Młodziński

Technology
Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of the company, responsible for the company’s growth and system development, software architecture, and key technology decisions.

For over twenty-five years, he has led IT projects, combining his experience as a systems architect with the practical development of products used in real-world business.

Marcin Szywała

Technical Delivery Officer responsible for executing implementation projects, coordinating development teams, and optimizing technical processes.

For over eight years, he has managed project teams in the service and IT industries, combining team-building skills with a process-oriented mindset. He specializes in building technological architectures and implementing stable system solutions.

Sebastian Czubak

Business
Chief Commercial Integration Officer responsible for integrating sales activities and fostering collaboration between the organization’s business units.

Involved with the project for over 9 years. During this time, he has worked across all key areas, from technical support to sales, gaining comprehensive experience that has enabled him to thoroughly understand the company’s processes and strategies.

Piotr Sarnowski

Product
Head of Product responsible for platform development and shaping its strategic direction. At Firmao since 2025.

In his product work, he combines analytical expertise with a focus on customer success and product operations in a SaaS environment. As a result, product development is grounded in data and the actual needs of users.

Katarzyna Kowal

Marketing
Head of Marketing responsible for marketing strategy, communications, and initiatives promoting the platform’s growth. Involved with company since 2025.

She holds a degree in the field and has many years of experience in B2B marketing. She began her career in the technology and finance sectors, where she successfully executed numerous marketing projects.

Łukasz Smolak

Finance
CFO of Firmao and Head of Controlling at the WeNet Group, responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting.

Over the past dozen or so years, he has gained extensive experience in controlling and finance at Orange Polska and GlaxoSmithKline, supporting the commercial and IT departments. Member of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
